A 90 minute teach in on all things SMA. We'll be talking about what happens during a SMA, what to expect, how to prepare, and how to keep ourselves and others safe. Additionally, we will be reflecting on the role of religion and ritual in self-managed abortions and how we can incorporate practices that make us feel safe and held during our abortions.

A 90 min teach-in where we will learn about the role of grief and mourning in Islamic history and tradition, as well as how the battle of Karbala resonates with the struggles we are navigating today.
